Refund Policy

1. Fulfilled by MECO ELEVERDE


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason:

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in MECO ELEVERDE’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● Returns must include all accessories.
● Items must include original packaging.
For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
● Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through MECO ELEVERDE’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

 

Applicable situation of return refund & exchange (within 30 days after receiving the goods):

  • Product quality problems.

  • Does not match the goods you ordered.

  • The out of stock problem causes the normal delivery.

  • Customers' own wishes(buyer is responsible for shipping costs).


Not Covered Under refund & exchange:
● Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
● Free products.

Repairs through 3rd parties.
● Damage from outside sources.
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly).

● Lost or stolen products.


Return Process:

Please include the following information in the return package : 

①Products with sufficient proof of purchaseincluding, but not limited to:order number/sales invoice).

Reasons for return.

②Please E-mail and show the item of the problem to us, for example, show the photos or videos of item(s)quality-related issue by E-mail. 

After you return the item, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt. We will inspect your package after receiving it, and refund it to your account after approval.


Exchange Process:

Please include the following information in the return package : 

①Products with sufficient proof of purchaseincluding, but not limited to:Order number/Sales invoice).

②Reasons for return.

Please E-mail and show the item of the problem to us, for example, show the photos or videos of item(s)quality-related issue by E-mail. 

After you return the item, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt.We will confirm the delivery address with you and send you new products.


Shipping Fee:

When returning items for non-quality issues, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

 

Refund:

When we receive the returned goods, we will notify you by email. After you approve the refund, we will automatically return the refund to your account within a certain working day. If you do not receive a refund after the expiration date, please check your account first.
